About Our Expert Coach
Body-weight exercises coupled with high intensity interval training (HiiT) is the exercise routine preferred by the GYMLETE workout designer, Nick Seiske. Nick’s passion for fitness is evident in his education, career, and personal philosophy. Nick graduated from Carroll University [Wisconsin] in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science. That same year, he began working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and strength & conditioning specialist. Nick’s personal fitness goals are fueled by his experience as a competitive distance runner and a triathlete. He has competed in over 20 marathons, establishing elite status. He gets his competitive edge by using all of the exercises within GYMLETE. As a personal trainer, Nick has successfully transformed the lives of many who have trained with him in the “Lose It Challenge.” His interest in helping others achieve their best by living a healthy lifestyle has driven Nick to create the GYMLETE workout. He, along with rest of the GYMLETE team, believes that one shouldn’t have to pay money to attain his or her personal fitness goals - with GYMLETE, it’s as simple as committing to an exercise routine that is accessible and effective.
